A Different Fertility Care Model, Designed for Greater Access

Open Fertility was created to make high-quality fertility care more accessible for patients who are well suited to a focused, team-based model.

Our approach is designed around the expertise you need at each stage of treatment. Experienced Advanced Practice Providers, in collaboration with board certified physicians, guide patients through care and monitoring, reproductive endocrinologists perform egg retrievals and embryo transfers, and Spring Fertility’s laboratory and embryology expertise supports the IVF process.

The science stays rigorous. The model changes.

Schedule and Appointment

The Right Expert at the Right Moment

At Open, your care is intentionally team-based.

Nurse Practitioners

Nurse practitioners play a central role in your care. They help prepare you for treatment, monitor your progress, answer questions, and guide you through your cycle.

Reproductive Endocrinologists

Reproductive endocrinologists oversee the nurse practitioners and perform all procedures, including egg retrievals and embryo transfers.

Laboratory and Embryology Expertise

Open patients benefit from Spring Fertility’s laboratory and embryology expertise throughout the IVF process.

Together, this creates a care model designed to provide the right expertise at the right time.

Why Open Costs Less

Open’s lower cost comes from how the care model is designed.

Traditional fertility practices are built to care for patients across a very broad range of clinical needs. Open is designed for a more defined patient population.

That focus allows us to deliver care more efficiently while preserving the expertise that matters most throughout treatment.

Accessible care does not mean lesser care. It means delivering care differently.

Is Open Right for Everyone?

No. Open is designed for patients who meet specific clinical criteria and are well suited to our focused model of care.

For patients who need a broader range of fertility services, more complex treatment, or a different level of clinical support, Spring Fertility may be a better fit.
