At Open Fertility in Astoria, your care will be led by a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who will guide you through every phase of your fertility journey. From your first consultation—where your goals and treatment options are discussed—to selecting a personalized protocol, overseeing your medication, and monitoring your progress, they’ll be with you every step of the way. After your procedures, they’ll continue to support you by reviewing outcomes and planning next steps together.
Our Providers receive direct mentorship from Open Fertility’s Chief Medical Officer, a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist. This ensures that you benefit from a high standard of care rooted in clinical expertise.
All procedures, such as egg retrievals and embryo transfers are completed by an experienced Physician.
Throughout your treatment, a dedicated Patient Navigator will also be available to support you. You can reach them via phone, or through the Salve app to get answers to any questions you have and help navigating your care.
Not quite yet! For the time being, our Astoria fertility clinic partners with Spring Fertility’s state-of-the-art surgery center and embryology lab in Manhattan in the Bryant Park neighborhood. That’s where all procedures will take place, and where tissue will be safely stored. We also simplify the process by streamlining protocols and reducing the number of unnecessary in-person appointments, saving you time and money.
No, we do not accept insurance currently. Our self-pay model allows us to offer clear and upfront pricing, while avoiding the inflated costs often associated with insurance coverage.
While we know this may be a concern for some, many of our patients find that our self-pay rates are still more affordable than the out-of-pocket expenses they would face even with insurance coverage.
