From Our Founders
Powered by a partnership with some of the most innovative minds in our field
As more women delay childbearing, the need for fertility services has grown. However, the number of fertility specialists (REIs) has declined, making access to fertility care a privilege only available to those who have good insurance or can afford to pay out-of-pocket.
By developing innovative care models, we deliver accessible services with excellent outcomes under expert guidance from our medical advisory board.
A New Affordable Fertility Clinic Coming to Denver
Open Fertility is bringing affordable, patient-centered fertility care to Colorado. Our Denver fertility clinic is scheduled to open in 2026, joining existing locations in Roseville, CA, and Astoria, NY.
Founded by the team behind Spring Fertility, Open Fertility was created to make IVF and egg freezing genuinely accessible to people who may have thought fertility treatment was out of reach. Our care model is built around transparent pricing, experienced providers, and a commitment to treating every patient like a person, not a number.
What Open Fertility Stands For
Access: Fertility care at a fraction of traditional clinic costs
Quality: Board-certified reproductive endocrinologists and highly trained nurse practitioners
Transparency: Clear, upfront pricing with no surprise fees
Respect: Compassionate, individualized care for every patient and family type
More details about our Denver fertility clinic, including the opening timeline, will be shared as we get closer to launch.
What to Expect from Open Fertility in Denver
When our Denver location opens, Colorado families will have access to the same patient-centered, affordable care model that guides all Open Fertility locations:
Personalized IVF Treatment
In vitro fertilization has helped millions of people become parents, and our affordable approach makes it accessible to more families. Open Fertility develops personalized stimulation protocols that maximize egg quality while minimizing medication side effects and treatment duration. Our team in Denver will take the time to explain each step of your treatment, so you understand what’s happening and why.
Egg Freezing and Embryo Preservation
Preserving your fertility options shouldn’t require a six-figure income. Our affordable pricing makes proactive family planning accessible to more women, whether you’re focused on your career, waiting for the right partner, or simply want more time to decide.
Inclusive LGBTQ+ Family Planning
Every family looks different, and every path to parenthood deserves respect and support. Open Fertility in Denver provides comprehensive reproductive solutions designed specifically for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, including reciprocal IVF coordination, donor selection assistance, and gestational carrier matching. Because LGBTQ+ family building often involves additional steps and costs, we’ve structured our services to be as accessible and straightforward as possible.
A Clear Path to Your Fertility Goals
Our fertility clinic in Denver will join Open Fertility’s locations in Roseville, California, and Astoria, Queens, New York, offering the same patient-centered care model led by board-certified reproductive endocrinologists and delivered by caring providers. Each clinic is built on the belief that high-quality fertility care and transparent pricing should go hand in hand, without unnecessary barriers.
