Accessible Fertility Care Without the Premium Price Tag
Open Fertility was founded on a simple belief: high-quality fertility care should be accessible to more people. Traditional fertility clinics often charge premium prices that put treatment out of reach for many patients. Our efficient approach changes that equation, delivering excellent outcomes at a fraction of the cost.
How do we keep costs low? By focusing on straightforward fertility cases and eliminating unnecessary complexity. Our care model reduces overhead without cutting corners on quality. You receive attentive support from dedicated Providers and Patient Navigators, advanced laboratory services through our partner facilities, and a team that treats you with respect at every appointment.

Preguntas frecuentes.
How do I communicate with my care team between visits?
What support do I receive while managing medications at home?
Open Fertility provides video guidance through MDR Med Coach to help you confidently administer your fertility medications. Your Patient Navigator is also available through the Salve App whenever you need reassurance or have questions. We prioritize empathy and respect, so you always feel understood and supported.
What makes Open Fertility more affordable?
Our care model focuses on straightforward fertility cases with less complexity, ideal for patients who don’t need extensive or high-touch support. By eliminating unnecessary appointments and streamlining care, we offer treatment at a fraction of the national average. This focus on accessibility breaks down financial barriers, making fertility treatment affordable for patients who may not have considered it before.
Can I complete my initial consultation remotely?
Your initial consultation requires an in-person visit to one of our clinics. During this appointment, your Provider reviews your health history and fertility goals, and performs a pelvic ultrasound to assess your antral follicle count and uterine health. This baseline information helps us create your personalized treatment plan. After your initial consultation, many parts of your care can be managed from home, reducing your overall costs and time away from work.
How many in-person visits should I expect?
The number of visits depends on your treatment. For egg freezing, most patients have 5-7 in-person appointments: an initial consultation, a baseline appointment, several monitoring visits over 10-14 days, and the egg retrieval at our partner lab. FIV patients typically add one more visit for embryo transfer. Our affordable approach means fewer unnecessary appointments and more value for your investment.
