About Open Fertility
Fertility Care, Designed for Greater Access
Open Fertility was created by the founders of Spring Fertility – a leading IVF network celebrating over 10,000 pregnancies – to make IVF and egg freezing more accessible for patients who are well suited to a focused model of care.
We believe excellent fertility care does not need to look the same for every patient. By designing care around a more defined patient population, Open can offer experienced clinical support, transparent pricing, and a more efficient path through treatment.
Open is not a lower-cost version of Spring Fertility. It is a different model, intentionally designed for different patient needs.
Why Open Exists
For many patients, the biggest barriers to fertility treatment are cost, complexity, and access.
Open was created to offer another path: straightforward fertility care, clear pricing, and a focused model designed around the expertise patients need at each stage of treatment.
We currently offer IVF and egg freezing at Open Fertility locations in:
Astoria, New York
Roseville, California
Danville, California
Powered by Spring Fertility
Open Fertility is powered by Spring Fertility.
That means Open patients benefit from the reproductive medicine experience, laboratory expertise, and embryology support of Spring Fertility.
Spring reproductive endocrinologists perform egg retrievals and embryo transfers, while experienced Open providers guide patients through treatment and monitoring.
Open’s model is different. The expertise behind it is established.
Powered by Spring. Designed for greater access.
What We Believe
Access
More patients should be able to pursue fertility care without cost becoming the first barrier.
Transparency
Patients should understand what treatment costs, what is included, who will care for them, and what happens next.
Focused Care
Open is designed for patients who meet specific clinical criteria and are well suited to our model of care.
Proven Expertise
Our care is supported by experienced fertility providers, reproductive endocrinologists, and Spring Fertility’s laboratory and embryology teams.
Our Team
We’re here for you
Open patients are cared for by experienced fertility professionals who understand the treatment process and the decisions patients face along the way.
Our Advanced Practice Providers play a central role in guiding patients through treatment, monitoring progress, answering questions, and helping patients understand what comes next.
From Our Founders
A Different Model, Built by Fertility Experts
Open was created by people who understand fertility medicine deeply.
That experience allowed us to design a different way to deliver care for patients who may not need the most intensive fertility-care model.
By focusing on the parts of care that matter most and delivering them through a thoughtful, team-based approach, Open can make fertility treatment more accessible without compromising the expertise behind it.
Leadership
Our Medical Advisory Board
Open Fertility’s Medical Advisory Board brings together experienced reproductive endocrinologists and fertility leaders who help support the clinical model and standards behind Open. Their expertise helps ensure that Open remains grounded in rigorous fertility medicine while continuing to expand access to care.
