Georgia is a dedicated women’s health nurse practitioner committed to empowering individuals and families on their journey to parenthood. With eight years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse in San Francisco and New York, she returned to graduate school to train as a certified nurse midwife and nurse practitioner. This transition was fueled by her desire to become a true partner in her patients’ care, guiding and empowering them to take charge of their reproductive health outcomes. A strong advocate for educational empowerment, Georgia believes in placing the ownership of health back into the hands of her patients, collaborating to achieve their goals. In 2021, she shifted her focus from assisting with births to specializing as a Fertility Nurse Practitioner. Georgia finds profound fulfillment in helping patients preserve their fertility through egg freezing, celebrating positive pregnancy test results, and witnessing the joyous moments of seeing a flickering heartbeat on ultrasound. As someone who personally navigated IVF and IUI to grow her family with her wife, Georgia understands the emotional complexities of this journey. She feels honored to guide her patients through their unique experiences, providing compassionate support and expertise every step of the way. Closely aligned with her values, Georgia is particularly excited to join Open Fertility; a model that enhances accessibility by lowering the cost of fertility services. Natalie is a highly skilled and versatile Physician Assistant (PA-C) with close to 10 years of expertise across reproductive medicine, oncofertility, and women’s health. Her passion for fertility was established while serving as a research assistant and patient navigator for the University of Colorado Oncofertility Program before becoming a PA-C. In observing the inequity between patients who were able to afford fertility preservation treatment and those who were not, Natalie created an initiative to offset the cost of those treatments for patients in need. This same dedication and her desire to expand access to fertility care led her to return to the specialty after training.
With a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Vista University and a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, she brings a sophisticated clinical skillset paired with a genuine warmth and dedication to every patient she serves. Before joining Open Fertility, Natalie practiced at Kindbody across several California locations, where she developed a deep specialization in reproductive medicine and fertility. Her approach to care is shaped by her belief that every patient deserves to feel truly understood, and she works collaboratively with patients and care teams alike to build treatment plans that are thoughtful, personalized, and grounded in the latest evidence.

Ashley Cook is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 12 years of experience in women’s health, reproductive medicine, and fertility care. She began her career as a registered nurse before advancing her education to become a nurse practitioner, driven by a passion for providing compassionate, comprehensive care throughout every stage of the family-building journey.
Throughout her career, Ashley has worked alongside leading fertility specialists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and help implement best practices across reproductive medicine. She feels privileged to support individuals and couples as they navigate fertility treatment, creating an environment where patients feel heard, informed, and empowered to make decisions with confidence.

IVF
IVF at our Roseville clinic is physician-overseen from start to finish. Your Nurse Practitioner manages your care through every monitoring appointment, while a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist performs your egg retrieval and embryo transfer at Spring Fertility’s lab in Sunnyvale. Procedures take place under general anesthesia, and most patients return to normal activity the following day.
Egg Freezing
Egg freezing gives you the flexibility to plan your family on your own timeline. The process starts with a consultation to assess your ovarian reserve, followed by 10 to 14 days of hormone injections to stimulate egg production. Your provider monitors your progress closely with ultrasounds and bloodwork throughout. Once your eggs are ready, a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist retrieves them in a 20-minute outpatient procedure at Spring Fertility’s lab in Sunnyvale. Your eggs are then frozen and stored until you decide to use them, with no expiration date.
LGBTQ+ Family Planning
Open Fertility welcomes LGBTQ+ individuals and couples at our Roseville clinic. For same-sex female couples, reciprocal IVF allows one partner to provide the eggs while the other carries the pregnancy. For single parents and same-sex male couples, our team coordinates donor sperm from certified and screened sperm banks to support your path to parenthood. Fertility preservation is also available for transgender and nonbinary patients who want to protect their reproductive options before transitioning. What is Open’s Provider model?
At Open Fertility in Roseville, you will have a dedicated Nurse Practitioner who will be responsible for directly managing your care, from discussing your goals and treatment plans in your initial consultation, to identifying the protocol best suited to you, to monitoring your stimulation and adjusting medication dosages appropriately. They will be with you every step of the way, including after your procedures, to discuss outcomes and partner on next steps.
Our Providers are overseen and mentored by Open Fertility’s Chief Medical Officer, a board-certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist, to ensure you receive the best possible care.
All procedures, including egg retrievals and embryo transfers, will be completed by a Physician.
You will also have a dedicated Patient Navigator who will be available to you via phone and our Salve App throughout your treatment to answer any questions that you may have.
Do you have your own IVF lab?
We partner with Spring Fertility’s state-of-the-art surgery center and embryology lab in Sunnyvale, California, where all IVF procedures are performed and reproductive tissue is cared for under industry-leading cryosafety standards. Do you accept insurance?
By focusing on self-pay, we’re able to offer transparent pricing and avoid the inflated costs often tied to insurance reimbursements. This helps us keep our prices lower for everyone.
We understand that not accepting insurance may feel challenging, but many of our patients find that our self-pay prices are often more affordable than the out-of-pocket costs they face even with insurance.
